Role Overview
This role drives E-Commerce sales and customer engagement within the German-speaking market. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth for Gjirafa's online platform.
The Sales Agent will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction. This position requires close collaboration with the E-Commerce department to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage German-speaking customers to understand their specific E-Commerce needs.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Gjirafa's product offerings.
- Present product features and benefits persuasively to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively to achieve monthly targets.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce team on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales performance indicators.
Core Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in German, both written and verbal.
- Proven sales experience, preferably within an E-Commerce environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive presentation abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
