We may collect candidate and staff data such as name, email, phone number, resume content, interview notes, calendar availability metadata, and workflow activity logs.

How We Use Data

We use collected data to evaluate applications, coordinate interviews, send hiring updates, and operate platform security and auditing controls.

Google Data

When staff sign in with Google and grant Calendar permissions, Donki accesses calendar data only for interview scheduling and conflict checks. We do not use Google data for advertising.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with authorized hiring team members and service providers required to deliver the platform.

Retention

Application and hiring records are retained according to business and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized.

Security

We apply access controls, logging, and encryption safeguards to protect personal data.
